Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Your primary duties will include landscaping, lawn care, and general groundskeeping tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the grounds clean and well-maintained - Use hand tools and power tools to trim trees, shrubs, and hedges - Mow lawns and maintain flower beds - Plant flowers, trees, and other plants as needed - Irrigate lawns and plants to ensure proper hydration - Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas - Assist with the installation of landscape features such as walkways or retaining walls - Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute landscaping projects - Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment Qualifications: - Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of hand tools and power tools commonly used in groundskeeping - Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks If you are passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and have the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you.
